The Asphyx (1973)

A science fiction directed by Peter Newbrook.
A scientist discovers a spirit that comes to take dying people's souls to the underworld. He gains the key to immortality by trapping these spirits.
This film was very boring. The wide screen effect was extreme, with gigantic portions of the top and bottom of the screen black and unused. The plot was as dull as the characters. The pace was too slow. They should have fit this whole film into 15 minutes and made it a Twilight Zone episode. I'm rating it poor.
