A mystery directed by Tobe Hooper.
A new building manager moves into his apartment complex and when he drags the old manager out of the pool, he becomes the only suspect in a murder case.
The plot was effing twisted. The setting and style were crazy too. It didn't matter that most of the characters were extras, this fucking ruled anyway. If you like good movies, you'll like this as much as I did. I'm rating it awesome. Unfortunately, I can't find a picture for it.
