Bomb City (2017)

An American crime drama directed by Jameson Brooks, starring Glenn Morshower and Marilyn Manson.
A group of punk rockers in a small town have conflict with the local high school athletes and one night, a young man is killed.
I think that this is an accurate depiction of how things go almost anywhere in America. It's totally wrong, but the punk rockers get abused by everyone, the cops are dicks and the "popular" high school kids are impervious. Marilyn Manson's intro and outro speeches were very appropriate to use in the context of this film. The punks dressed correctly. One of them had a jacket that was like 100% spikes that I really liked. I could prattle on and on about cinematic elements or societal group differences, but to what end? Nobody reads this. I rate this good.

Doppelherz (2003)

An American art film by Marilyn Manson.
Dark scenes are shown with the filmmaker and some other people in uncomfortable settings. Repetitive music is played and phrases are repeatedly spoken.
Repetition is what this film was about. It accomplished this goal within the first few seconds, so it's a good thing that it was only 25 minutes long. It does get female anatomy points though. At one point, the filmmaker states that the film was made to upset the viewer and this was accomplished as well. Repitition of music, spoken phrases and dark scenes gets old really fast. Given that this was the purpose of the film, as stated in the film, I rate it adequate. It did what it was meant to do. Whether you should watch it or not is for you to decide.

Lost Highway (1997)

A thriller directed by David Lynch, with cameos by Gary Busey, Richard Pryor, Marilyn Manson and Twiggy Ramirez.
The plot is a mess. It would take way too much text to explain even the smallest bit.
The soundtrack for this film has a very wide variety of music in it. From Rammstein to free and abstract jazz, it's got a little of everything. The characters and plot were extremely confusing, but the style was good. I'm rating this adequate because the plot was extremely convoluted, but the film was still cool.
