A carnival comes to a town of unhappy people and pretends to grant them their fondest wishes.
There were some decent special effects in this. They didn't go for anything too advanced for the time period in which it was made, which meant that it stayed tasteful. The plot was a little lacking and the characters were stereotypical, but what do you expect from disney? I have to rate it o.k.
