The Swiss Conspiracy (1976)

A German American action romance directed by Jack Arnold.
A supposedly secure Swiss bank is robbed and account holders are killed. The bank hires an American former treasury official to find who is disrupting business. While involved in this investigation, he falls in love with a woman.
Everything was mediocre, '70s and boring. The editing was a little sloppy, video grainy and audio had clarity problems. The characters were easy to identify, but the plot almost put me to sleep. This is just another crappy movie that I had to sort through in search of diamonds in the rough. I rate it poor.
