Maximum Overdrive (1986)

A science fiction by Stephen King, starring Emilio Estevez, with music by AC/DC.
Mechanical items go crazy and gain a mind of their own when a comet passes earth. A group of people survive by hiding in a gas station, before they escape to the forest nearby.
This film is popular for a reason. There are lots of crashes involved. Cars crashing into gas stations, trucks crashing into people, bulldozers crashing into buildings, etc... A kid on a BMX even gets chased by a lawnmower. Apparently, I got the uncut version because there were scenes that I hadn't seen before. I'm rating this good because it's Stephen King and for entertainment value.

  1. Hi, ANDY. I was wondering, does the Bible Salesman get his face cut-up by a man in the drainage ditch? Because when you see Loman lying in ditch, you see a closeup of his face and you notice cuts on his face. Near the end, as the HappyToyz truck speeds right past a schoolbus, do you see a rotting corpse inside the schoolbus? With the camera zooming in on the corpses face? One more thing...is there a dead icecream man in the icecream truck as Deke hides from it? How does he die?

  2. Thanks for commenting. If you really have this many questions, maybe you should just watch the movie. Obviously, you're questioning whether the version that I watched is indeed an extended or uncut version. I don't remember. It's been like 3 years since I put up this post and I deleted the movie right after I watched it.
