In ancient Egyptian mythology, a dead person's soul would be weighed against the feather of truth in a ritual called a psychostasy. If their soul was lighter than the feather, it would ascend into the afterlife. Heavy souls were devoured by Maat, eater of the dead. Good films go to hard drive heaven while the recycle bin eats the rest.

The Gold Rush (1925)
A comedy by Charlie Chaplin.
After many problems, a gold miner gets rich with his partner.
This is another classic Chaplin flick. The physical comedy is present, but lacks a little ass-kicking. The film featured a scene of boot eating that I wonder how they made possible. It may be licorice. It was decently entertaining, but nothing to quest for. I'm rating it adequate.
