In ancient Egyptian mythology, a dead person's soul would be weighed against the feather of truth in a ritual called a psychostasy. If their soul was lighter than the feather, it would ascend into the afterlife. Heavy souls were devoured by Maat, eater of the dead. Good films go to hard drive heaven while the recycle bin eats the rest.

Matchstick Men (2003)
A crime drama directed by Ridley Scott, starring Nicolas Cage.
A scam-man with mental issues contacts his estranged daughter while setting up a big business deal. The daughter barges into his house and insists on spending time with him.
I'm really holding back on the plot because I don't want to give away the ending. The plot and characters must be good for me to do this. I believe that Nicolas Cage is such a type-cast actor that he only does well playing mentally weak characters, so I liked him in this film. The style and production value were not so good, more of that "new movie" perfection. The soundtrack featured a few jazzy numbers that I liked. They were all very similar and could have been the same song, for all I know. I'm rating this adequate.
