A young man decides that most of the town he lives in needs to die. He blows up the police station, robs a bank, kills innocent people and blames it all on a friend.
the audio was low, but the video was good.
This was pretty cool. Despite the eugenics overtones, there was plenty of action. The camera work was shitty, but what do you expect from a new movie? I'm rating it good because it was interesting. The idea of some guy going out and killing everyone he sees can't be boring.
