A drama directed by Alan Parker.
A man is caught trying to smuggle hashish out of Istanbul and sentenced to prison there. After much torture and insanity, he is moved to the prison's sanitarium.
The audio was bad and much of it was in Turkish with no subtitles. The video was good.
This movie was so awesomely crazy. The plot was intense and the characters were very believable. If you like wild movies like I do, you'll like this one too. DEFINITELY recommended.
