An anime directed by Mamoru Oshii.
A cyborg special police officer from section 9 tracks a criminal call the puppet master. A road accident is reported and when the dead woman is brought in, it turns out that she has the puppet master inside her cyborg body.
The audio and video were good.

This was really well done. Those 1990s anime movies will always be the best. The only thing I didn't like was the stale scenario of a futuristic world with a police state society. I did like the small number of characters in this.
