In ancient Egyptian mythology, a dead person's soul would be weighed against the feather of truth in a ritual called a psychostasy. If their soul was lighter than the feather, it would ascend into the afterlife. Heavy souls were devoured by Maat, eater of the dead. Good films go to hard drive heaven while the recycle bin eats the rest.

Dead Poets Society (1989)
A drama directed by Peter Weir.
A teacher values creativity and free thought over curriculum. some of his students follow his example.
The audio and video were both good. some of the dialogue was a little quiet, but I'll let that slide.
check out: the pipe smoking session. they all have different pipes. some straight, some bent. all look "rusticated".
The "love-life of one of the students" sub-plot was not necessary. It had nothing to do with the main plot at all and was not very interesting. The ending left me with a WTF feeling. I'd like to give this one the "green light", but it doesn't quite make it to that classification. There's something unidentifiable that rubs me the wrong way.
